It's all about recognizing the importance of global events. Alot of things in the world don't affect me and my lifestyle , but they do affect other people. When Mr.stand made us do that's so infotainment, I learned more about human rights. One subject I became intrested in was conflict diamonds in the Sierre Leone. I did my research paper on jst that subject. Over my stay at I-Poly I have changed a great deal, and it's all because of the teachers and their input. It's easy to talk to people that are your friends ,but it's not easy to have to work with people you can't stand. I-poly helped me to communicate effectively and to resolve problems in a non-confrontational matter. Mission statement number three has helped me at I-poly.
